Why Budget Mastery Matters

Most businesses fail because they can't predict cash flow or plan expenses effectively. We've seen companies with great products collapse simply because nobody knew how to create a realistic budget.

Our program teaches you to build budgets that work in the real world — not just spreadsheet exercises. You'll learn from actual business cases, work with real financial data, and understand how to spot problems before they become disasters.

This isn't about theory. It's about giving you practical skills that employers value and businesses need. After completing this program, you'll understand how money flows through organizations and how to plan for both growth and challenges.

Program Duration: 16 weeks starting September 2025
Format: Evening classes with weekend workshops
Requirements: Basic Excel knowledge and business interest

What You'll Actually Learn

Each module builds on real business scenarios. You'll work with actual company data and learn to handle the messy situations that textbooks never mention.

01

Budget Fundamentals & Reality Checks

Learn why most budgets fail and how to build ones that actually help. We start with real examples of budget disasters and work backwards to understand what went wrong.

02

Revenue Forecasting Without Fantasy

Create realistic sales projections using market data, seasonal patterns, and historical trends. No wishful thinking — just solid methods that hold up under scrutiny.

03

Expense Planning & Cost Control

Master the art of expense categorization, understand fixed vs variable costs, and learn how to plan for unexpected expenses that always seem to surprise everyone.

04

Cash Flow Management

Understand how money actually moves through businesses. Learn timing differences between sales and collections, and why profitable companies can still run out of cash.

05

Scenario Planning & Risk Assessment

Build multiple budget scenarios for best case, worst case, and realistic outcomes. Learn to identify potential problems early and plan appropriate responses.

06

Budget Implementation & Monitoring

Create systems for tracking actual performance against budgets. Learn when variances matter and when they don't, plus how to adjust budgets when circumstances change.

Learn From People Who've Been There

Our instructors have worked in the trenches. They've seen budgets succeed and fail in real companies. They know the difference between academic theory and what actually works when you're trying to keep a business running.

You'll learn from their mistakes as much as their successes. They'll share the horror stories that taught them important lessons, and the practical shortcuts that save time without cutting corners.

Both instructors have extensive experience working with Vietnamese businesses and understand the unique challenges of budgeting in dynamic markets. They'll share insights specific to operating in Southeast Asian business environments.
